Owners Key Card Authorization Form

MCV OWNERS AND GUESTS KEY CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM (revised May 2023)

This Form is an Agreement by Motor Coach Village (MCV) members and guests for use of Key Cards and access to both MCV and SPOA (Stoneridge Property Owners’ Association) amenities.  MCV OWNERS AND GUESTS MUST FILL OUT AND SUBMIT THE FORM BELOWACKNOWLEDGING THESE RULES.

“MCV” means and refers to the MOTOR COACH VILLAGE AT STONERIDGE.

“SPOA” means and refers to the STONERIDGE PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION.  

“O” means and refers to the MCV OWNERS LOUNGE.

“AC” means and refers to the SPOA ACTIVITIY CENTER.

“MR” means and refers to the SPOA AC MULTIPURPOSE ROOM.

Key cards will be distributed to MCV owners only.  MCV owners are responsible to provide key cards to their guests.  A maximum of 2 key cards will be issued per lot.
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the MCV “O” or the SPOA AC.
Food & Beverages are allowed in the MCV “O” and the SPOA AC Multipurpose Room (MR) only.  
No Pets are allowed in the MCV “O” or the SPOA AC.  
NO wet feet or dripping bathing suits in the MCV “O”or the SPOA MR Room, Weight Room or Cardio Room,except for the Bathrooms.
Regarding the MCV “O”, please report any vandalism or maintenance problems immediately to a MCVBoard Member.  Regarding the SPOA AC, please report any vandalism or maintenance problems immediately to the SPOA Board by calling (402) 415-5373 or (208) 290-8741.
AED unit is available on the wall in the MCV “O” near the kitchen.  AED unit is available on the wall near the SPOA MR room entrance.  
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
MCV and SPOA reserve the right to refuse admittance or expel any person(s) who is acting in a discourteous or offensive manner, using profanity, damaging or attempting to damage or deface the MCV “O” or the SPOA AC in any manner.
Holders of keycards must be MCV Owners, their residents and renters only. MCV Owners are responsible to make sure that their family, guests and renters are familiar with the rules of the MCV “O” and SPOA AC.  Owners will be held responsible for any damages caused by their families, renters and guests.
Keycards are not to be loaned out for any commercial purpose or for financial consideration.
Keycards MUST NOT be lent out to any unauthorized person(s).
All repetitive events (e.g., exercise classes) must have the prior approval of the MCV board for the MCV “O” or the SPOA Board for the AC.
Consumption of alcohol in the MCV “O” or the SPOA AC may be only by persons of legal drinking age.  
MCV Owners (only) may reserve the “O” for a private party by submitting a request on the MCV owners’website, subject to a first come, first served basis. Owners may bring guests to the “O” as long as the Owner directly and personally accompanies the guest. A gathering of 10 or more people will require a deposit of $50, payable to MCV and delivered to MCV Board Treasurer. If no damage occurs and no special cleaning is required, the deposit check or amount will be returned. If cleaning or damage repairs are necessary, the Owner will be responsible.
Turn off all lights, TV and/or appliances when you are finished.

POOL and SPA (these rules are applicable to both the MCV “O” and the SPOA AC)

Persons must wear proper swim attire and shower before entering the pool or spa.
No glass containers allowed in pool area.
Except for special events, No food or drink allowed in the pool area at any time. Only water is allowed.
Owners, renters, guests play at their own risk. There is NO lifeguard on duty.
Jumping, diving, or rough play is not permitted in the pool area or spa.
Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
You must leave the pool area during any lightning storm.
All incontinent persons (baby, child or adult) must wear a swim diaper.
Persons with diarrhea or nausea are restricted from using the pool or spa, as any such foreign material in the pool will require it to be closed for 24 hours.
Per Idaho Regulations, any person having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded from a public swimming pool. Persons having a considerable area of exposed tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc. are warned that these are likely to become infected and are advised to not use the pool or spa.
WARNING: Persons with heart problems, high blood pressure, or pregnant women should consult a doctor before using the spa.
No lap swimming of any kind is allowed in the pool during any water aerobics classes.

WEIGHT and CARDIO ROOMS (these rules are applicable to both the MCV “O” and the SPOA AC Weight and Cardio Rooms)

No alcohol or food is allowed. Water in a closed container is allowed.
Please be respectful of the TV and music volume.
Wipe down equipment after use.
Children under 16 may use the equipment under DIRECT supervision of an adult at all times.
Please limit your time on the equipment while others are waiting.
Please turn off lights, fans, stereo, and/or TV when you are finished using the equipment if you are the last to leave. 

SPOA MULTIPURPOSE (MR) ROOM

Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in the MR and only by persons of legal drinking age.
Private use of the MR is by reservation only via the SPOA website (spoaid.com) under the “Activity Center” tab.  Only the MR room can be reserved.  The Pool, Weight and Cardio Rooms cannot be reserved.
Users of the MR must clean up after use.  There are cleaning supplies available for cleaning or mopping up spills, if necessary.
Please turn off lights, TV and/or appliances, and fireplace when you are finished.  

Violations of these rules can result in termination of privileges or fine.

Your submission below acknowledges that you have read and understand and will comply with the above rules and all other rules of the Motor Coach Village.  Please complete and submit this authorization form and allow 24-48 hours for activation.
