MOTOR COACH VILLAGE KEY CARD AGREEMENT - PLEASE SUBMIT BELOW
OWNERS LOUNGE (O) RULES
- No smoking of any kind is allowed in the “O.”
- Food & Beverages are allowed in the “O.”
- NO wet feet or dripping bathing suits in the “O” except for the Bathrooms.
- Please report any vandalism or maintenance problems immediately to a Board Member.
- There is a phone & AED unit available on the wall in the “O” near the kitchen.
- Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- MCV reserves the right to refuse admittance or expel any person(s) who is acting in a discourteous or offensive manner, using profanity, damaging or defacing the “O” in any manner.
- Holders of keycards must be Owners, their residents and renters only. Owners are responsible to make sure that their family, guests and renters are familiar with the rules of the “O.” Owners will be held responsible for any damages caused by their families, renters and guests.
- The “O” keycards are not to be loaned out for any commercial purpose or for financial consideration.
- Keycards MUST NOT be lent out to any unauthorized person(s).
- All repetitive events must have the prior approval of the board.
- Consumption of alcohol only in the “O” and only by persons of legal drinking age.
- Owners may reserve the “O” for a private party by submitting a request on the owners website, subject to a first come, first served basis. Owners may bring guests to the “O” as long as the Owner accompanies them. A gathering of 10 or more people will require a deposit of $50, check payable to Motor Coach Village and given to Board Treasurer. If no damage occurs and no special cleaning is required, the check will be returned. If cleaning or damage repairs are necessary, Owner will be responsible.
- Turn off all lights, TV and/or appliances when you are finished.
- There is limited internet access at the “O.”
ASSISTANCE ANIMALS – These rules apply to all assistance animals.
- If the Owner or Guest has a disability, a request may be made to have an assistance animal allowed inside the “O” or Pool/Spa area.
- It is the responsibility of the requesting party to make the request to the Board and to cooperate with providing information regarding the need for the animal.
- A dog must wear a type of identification showing the animal’s name, Owner and Owner contact information.
- The animal must be properly licensed and immunized in accordance with state and local law.
- The Owner or Guest shall be responsible for the conduct of the animal and control the animal’s behavior so that the animal does not disturb or annoy others.
- The owner or Guest must maintain direct control over the animal at all times that the animal is outside, either by harness, tether or leash unless the restraint prevents the animal from performing a service for which it is trained.
- The Owner or Guest shall be responsible for cleaning up and disposing of any and all animal waste. The Owner or Guest shall be responsible for any damages, including property damage or personal injury, caused by the animal.
- If the Owner or Guest fails to comply with these rules and regulations, the board reserves the right to limit the animal from the “O”, Pool/Spa area, or common areas, terminate the permission granted for the animal to be on the Property, and to pursue all other available remedies.
POOL and SPA
- Persons must wear proper swim attire and shower before entering the pool or spa.
- No glass containers allowed in pool area.
- No food or drink allowed in the pool area at any time. Only water is allowed.
- Owners, renters, guests play at their own risk. There is NO lifeguard on duty.
- Jumping, diving, or rough play is not permitted in the pool area or spa.
- Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- You must leave the pool area during any lightning storm.
- All incontinent persons (baby, child or adult) must wear a swim diaper.
- Persons with diarrhea or nausea are restricted from using the pool or spa, as any such foreign material in the pool will require it to be closed for 24 hours.
- Per Idaho Regulations, any person having an infectious or communicable disease shall be excluded from a public swimming pool. Persons having a considerable area of exposed tissue, open blisters, cuts, etc. are warned that these are likely to become infected and are advised to not use the pool or spa.
- WARNING: Persons with heart problems, high blood pressure, or pregnant women should consult a doctor before using the spa.
- No lap swimming of any kind is allowed in the pool during any water aerobics classes.
WEIGHT ROOM
- No alcohol or food is allowed in the Weight room. Water in a closed container is allowed.
- Please be respectful of the TV and music volume.
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- Children under 16 may use the equipment under DIRECT supervision of an adult at all times.
- Please limit your time on the equipment while others are waiting.
- Please turn off lights, fans, stereo, and/or TV when you are finished using the equipment if you are the last to leave.
Violations of these rules can result in termination of privileges at the sole discretion of the MCV Board. Steps to be taken: (1) Verbal or written warning. (2) If the same violation occurs again, the key card will be turned off. (3) A written appeal will need to be submitted to the MCV Board before the key card is re-activated.
